I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) Therapist and I practice from an integrative approach. My approach includes, but is not limited to acceptance and commitment, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness, and narrative therapy for long-lasting results.
I’m passionate about working with individuals willing to invest in themselves and put in the effort to overcome life challenges in pursuit of personal development.
The duration of therapy varies according to the client's needs, ranging from brief, focused sessions to long-term commitments.
I look forward to speaking with you.
What I believe in….
“My mission in life is not to merely survive, but to thrive ; and to do so with passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”

What Does Therapy Look Like With Me
I provide a welcoming, calm space to support you when you feel anxious, worried, or stuck. I meet you where you are from an integrative trauma-informed approach to help you connect with yourself with curiosity and compassion. I incorporate self-exploration, self-care, mindfulness, breathing techniques, and somatic therapy interventions to promote healing.
First, I’m human and I know life can be tough too often, too fast, and too soon.
Secondly, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Therapist with a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. I understand the need of feeling whole and what could be getting in the way of that happening.
In addition to my educational background, I am a proud spouse of a retired service-connected Marine veteran. I recognize the significance of community and the importance of having reliable, genuine support. I understand that grief, trauma, and life's challenges take many forms and affect us in different ways. This perspective informs my work and allows me to approach sessions with curiosity and compassion.
During our work together, I’m honored to help you make meaning of life experiences and develop new skills so you can be your true self with newfound confidence. I believe in you and demonstrate an unwavering belief in your ability to work through the various types of discomfort so you may have a better quality of life.
